NAIROBI (Somaliguardian) – Two Kenyan non-Muslims were killed in an attack in Kenya’s Mandera County near the border with Somalia, Al-Qaeda-linked militant group Al-Shabaab said on Monday.

Fighters of the militant group attacked the village of Banisa in Mandera County, killing at least two non-Muslims, Al-Shabaab-affiliated Andalus radio station reported, a week after the insurgents killed a number of people in raids targeting villages in Lamu County.

Kenyan police have not immediately commented on the attack.
