Fire breaks out at market in Somalia’s capital for second time in days

MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – A fire broke out at a market in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu for the second time in just a few days, Caasimada Online news website reported on Sunday.

The fire engulfed Hamarwayne market in the city’s green-zone, just days after destroying a number of shops.

Police official and the commissioner of Hamarwayne district told media that they were working to put the fire, but have not yet establish the cause of the new inferno.
