MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre pledged on Wednesday that he would form a cabinet that is able to implement key priorities for the new administration and tackle political, security and economic crisis in the Horn of Africa nation.
Speaking at a ceremony held in Mogadishu, the Premier called for a change in the mindset of Somali citizens to bring an end to the conflict that has plagued the country for the last three decades.
“It’s not acceptable that a poor, non-Muslim African woman – that has no relation with prayers and Allah’s religion – to guard me from another Somali person,” new Somali Prime Minister said.
