MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre met on Sunday US ambassador Larry Andre at the heavily fortified Halane base in Mogadishu to discuss issues, including strengthening bilateral relations, his office said.
On Saturday, Barre held talks with British ambassador and the deputy head of the African Union peacekeeping mission, ATMIS, in which he urged increased support in his government’s agenda towards stabilizing the conflict-plagued Horn of Africa nation.
