MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s Foreign Minister Abdisaeed Mohamed Ali held phone talks on Wednesday with his Syrian counterpart Faisal Mekdad, the first since war erupted in the Arab republic in 2011, to discuss key bilateral and regional issues.
