MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Wednesday congratulated his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on winning re-election, his office said.
Somali president called Erdogan “to congratulate him on his re-election as President of the Republic of Turkiye, expressing confidence that under his leadership, Turkiye will continue to make significant strides in various aspects of development,” Villa Somalia said in a statement.
“The leaders reiterated their commitment to robust bilateral ties and affirmed the expansion of collaboration in the areas of shared interest.”
