MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Thursday met UN humanitarian chief Martin Griffiths at the presidential compound in Mogadishu as the country faces worst drought in decades.
Somali government’s efforts towards drought response and building resilience through sustainable development strategy was among the issues discussed during the meeting, his office said.
