Somalia’s president says he was offered re-election help to abandon maritime case with Kenya

MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo said on Tuesday he had turned turned an offer of support for his re-election bid in return for reversing a decision to take Kenya to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over a maritime boundary dispute.
