Russian President Vladimir Putin said Wednesday it would make “no difference” to Russia whether Joe Biden or Donald Trump wins this year’s US election.
Asked what a victory for either candidate would mean for US-Russia relations in a press conference with foreign media outlets, Putin said: “By and large there’s no difference.”
